Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day HR operations following school policies.
• Handle full-cycle recruitment including interviews and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with ADEK and MOHRE regulations.
• Prepare HR-related reports for management and inspections.
• Coordinate attendance and payroll processes.
