Job Title

HR Officer

Role Purpose

To manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, safeguarding checks, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, visa/insurance processing, compliance, and offboarding, ensuring alignment with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, interviews, offers).
  • Conduct safeguarding checks (references, police clearance, licensing).
  • Oversee onboarding and induction before and after joining.
  • Handle payroll processing (salary inputs, reimbursements, variations, WPS compliance).
  • Manage visa, work permit, and medical insurance applications/cancellations.
  • Approve and audit leave requests in Emirates HR and Holiday Tracker.
  • Support Line Managers with probationary and performance reviews.
  • Draft and manage contracts, letters, and employee documentation.
  • Conduct offboarding, EOS calculations, and exit formalities.
  • Prepare monthly HR and payroll reports, maintain trackers, and update policies when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ HR generalist experience in the UAE (healthcare preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, payroll, and visas.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office.
