Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in the UAE is seeking an HR Officer to support recruitment processes and payroll administration. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, and be female, aged 25 to 35 years. This full-time position offers a salary of up to 12K AED, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably from banking or finance sector.
• Open to Asian nationalities.

The Role

Position Title : HR Officer

Responsibilities

• Support HR Manager and coordinate with all the Divisions concerning issues related to Recruitment and selection process to meet challenges and meet company standards.
• Assist in payroll administration, staff benefits, staff claims and end of service entitlements.
• Assist in the follow-up process of employees' PMS including APA, JDs, IOPs, Mid-Term Evaluation.
• Assist in generating and prepare monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Open to Asian nationalities
• Female, 25 – 35 years old
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the similar role preferably from banking or finance sector.
