The Role
HR Operations Support :
  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communication.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and physical files.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration, leave management, and payroll coordination according to UAE laws.
  • Support performance management activities, including scheduling reviews and managing documentation. Employee Relations & Communication
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and UAE labor laws.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.
  • Assist in addressing routine employee relations issues in coordination with HR management. HR Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Assist in preparing reports and extracting data from HRIS for management review.
  • Support HR audits by preparing and providing required documentation. HR Systems & Data Management
  • Maintain and update employee data accurately in HRIS platforms (SAP or equivalent).
  • Support HRIS data integrity, system upgrades, and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience preferably within the UAE corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and employment practices.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (SAP).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables) is essential.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to prepare and deliver clear HR reports and presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
