A reputable Interior Fitout Company in Dubai is hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR functions. This role is responsible for strategic HR planning, employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, payroll, and HR policy development. The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the company’s workforce and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & HR Administration
- Manage onboarding for administrative staff and workers, including uniforms, safety gear, and orientation.
- Maintain and update the HR database, annual leave records, and employee master files.
- Oversee daily attendance and overtime management.
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment from job postings to hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Manage employee engagement activities and support workforce well-being.
- Handle camp management including bed allocation and accommodation needs.
- Visa, PRO & Compliance
- Manage visa applications and coordinate with PRO services for employee mobilization.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company procedures.
- Performance, Compensation & Payroll
- Develop and implement performance evaluation processes.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and exit processes.
- Manage payroll accurately and efficiently.
- Health, Safety & HR Audits
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare for internal and external HR audits.
- Strategic HR Management
- Partner with management to develop organizational design initiatives.
- Enhance organizational efficiency through structured HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR management experience, ideally within construction, interior fit-out, or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experience in payroll, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams.
