Job summary

A leading aviation MRO provider is seeking an HR Manager in Sharjah. The role involves ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws, supporting talent acquisition and engagement initiatives, and maintaining HR policies. The ideal candidate has experience in a generalist HR role, strong UAE labour law knowledge, and excellent communication skills. A CIPD qualification is a plus. Are you a people-focused HR professional with a strong grasp of compliance and talent strategy? Our client, a leading aviation MRO provider, is seeking an HR Manager to join their team in Sharjah. This office-based role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about employee care, regulatory compliance, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws and aviation-specific HR regulations
  • Support the business with talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Act as a trusted partner for employee relations, welfare, and engagement initiatives
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation in line with local and international standards
  • Provide guidance on UK CAA and / or EASA HR-related compliance where applicable
  • Lead initiatives around performance management, training, and development
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business goals
  • Ensure accurate and confidential HR record-keeping and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within aviation, aerospace, or technical industries
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices
  • Familiarity with UK CAA and / or EASA frameworks is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is a plus
