Job summary

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on HR Manager to lead all aspects of human resources for our real estate and development company. The ideal candidate will align HR strategies with business goals, foster a positive workplace culture, and manage end‑to‑end HR operations including recruitment, performance management, payroll, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with UAE labor laws and company objectives
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Projects, and Administration
  • Manage employee performance appraisal systems and ensure regular evaluations
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management in coordination with the accounts department
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory HR requirements in the UAE
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures with fairness and confidentiality
  • Drive initiatives to strengthen company culture, engagement, and retention
  • Support management in organizational planning and provide HR reports and analytics
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or property development
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems
