  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate training and development activities to enhance employee skills.
  • Handle employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts effectively.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structures.
  • Partner with management to cultivate a strong organizational culture and promote employee engagement.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
