Job description

The HR & Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing human resources and administrative operations across regional locations including the UAE India and Oman. This strategic and hands-on role ensures that HR practices and administrative functions align with organizational goals regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in healthcareparticularly in laboratory operations environmental health and digital healthand will be proficient in managing both HR and general administrative functions.

1. Human Resources Management
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.

  • Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding processes across multiple regions.

  • Manage performance appraisal systems employee engagement and succession planning.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations in the UAE India and Oman.

  • Handle complex employee relations and grievance cases with fairness and discretion.

  • Lead compensation and benefits planning in alignment with industry benchmarks.

  • Maintain and regularly update HR policies employee handbooks and SOPs.

  • Manage HR documentation employee records and reporting requirements.

2. HR Systems & Tools
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of the companys HRIS.

  • Generate HR reports dashboards and data insights for decision-making.

  • Ensure data privacy and system integrity across platforms.

3. Administrative & Operational Oversight
  • Oversee all administrative tasks across regional offices including staff support services.

  • Manage office leases renewals and landlord/vendor relations.

  • Ensure timely processing and renewal of business licenses and regulatory permits.

  • Supervise procurement of office supplies facilities maintenance and asset management.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements visa processing and accommodation logistics for staff.

  • Act as liaison with government entities and external regulatory bodies.

4. Regional Support
  • Collaborate with country leads in India and Oman to standardize HR and admin practices.

  • Provide guidance and support to regional HR/admin officers.

  • Conduct regular audits and ensure consistency of processes across location

  • Educational & Technical Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
    • Masters degree or HR certifications (CIPD SHRM etc.) preferred.
    • Minimum 810 years of progressive experience in HR and admin roles.
    • At least 3 years in a managerial capacity preferably within healthcare MNC or multi-location environments.
    • Proven experience supporting laboratory or clinical operations is a strong asset.
    • Strong command of HR operations talent management and regulatory compliance.
    Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and advanced spreadsheet functions.
    • Experience with HRIS platforms and systems integration.
    Knowledge
    • In-depth understanding of HR practices.
    • Familiarity with healthcare regulations licensing and healthcare workforce compliance.
