As the HR Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategy, driving employee engagement, and fostering a culture of excellence. You will work closely with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring that our workforce is not only skilled but also motivated and aligned with our company values.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy to enhance organizational performance.
  2. Lead the onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  3. Oversee employee performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to drive performance improvement.
  4. Design and implement training and development programs that address workforce skill gaps and promote continuous learning.

  6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining a fair and equitable workplace.
