Job summary

A leading hotel group in Dubai is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager – HR & L&D to support HR operations and lead Learning & Development initiatives. This role includes responsibilities for employee relations and performance management, requiring a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration along with 2–4 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR and/or L&D, preferably within hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate and deliver L&D programs in line with organizational goals.
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
