A Dubai-based recruitment firm is seeking a full-time HR Executive for retail roles. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of UAE experience in HR operations within the retail industry, alongside strong understanding of UAE Labour Law. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes and employee documentation. The role offers a competitive salary of 6.5K AED with additional benefits like a company laptop and airline tickets.
-Manage full-cycle recruitment – sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for retail and head office roles.
-Manage attendance tracking, leave records, disciplinary documentation and handle employee queries relating to HR.
-Handle insurance updates, benefits administration, and employee letters (salary, NOC, etc.).
-Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and other government documentation

Qualifications:
-Open to Indian nationals from 45 years old and below
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with Minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in HR operations within the retail industry or related field
-Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance and experience managing recruitment, payroll, and PRO coordination
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., PeopleStrong tools, or similar)
