JOB TITLE: HR Executive

POSITION TYPE: Full-Time

REPORTING TO: Group HR Manager

As an HR Executive youll support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, training coordination and administrative tasks. Youll help implement HR policies, promote a positive work culture and ensure compliance with company standards and labor laws.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Respond to employee queries and help maintain a positive work environment
  • Manage HR records and documentation
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs
