We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support the full spectrum of HR operations across our organization. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, payroll management, visa processing, HR policies, and employee relations. Candidates with a background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Prepare job postings, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with department heads for staffing needs.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all joining formalities are completed.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labor Law and company standards.
- Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and documentation.
Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll including attendance reconciliation, overtime, deductions, and allowances.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure timely salary payments and payroll-related reports.
Visa & Government Relations
- Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, medical tests, EID, insurance, and other government services.
- Manage employee-related documentation across MOHRE, GDRFA, and other UAE government portals.
- Ensure timely completion of all legal and compliance requirements.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, HR databases, and confidential documents.
- Manage leave records, attendance, staff schedules, and HR-related communication.
- Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Assist in organizing training, development programs, and internal workshops.
Skills
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 3–4 years of proven UAE HR experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, HR policies, and HR best practices.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, and visa/Govt. procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRMS is a plus.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is an added advantage.
