A growing HR firm in Dubai is seeking a hands-on HR Executive to support the entire employee lifecycle and manage payroll processing for UAE and KSA. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of local labor laws, and familiarity with HRMS systems. This full-time role involves responsibilities such as employee onboarding, compliance monitoring, and report preparation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of HR experience in the UAE, including KSA payroll experience.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE and KSA labor law and HR best practices.
  • Experience using HRMS systems (BambooHR a plus).
  • Highly organized, discreet, and able to multitask.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Handle payroll end-to-end for UAE and KSA ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system (BambooHR).
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Draft contracts, HR letters, and handle visa and PRO coordination.
  • Monitor leave and attendance, track probation and performance review timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE and KSA labor law; stay up to date on regulatory changes.
  • Assist in employee engagement and internal communication activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and support audits when needed.
Job description

We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team. You will support the entire employee lifecycle and take ownership of payroll processing for UAE and KSA ensuring compliance with local labor laws and WPS/GOSI requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle payroll end-to-end for UAE and KSA ensuring accuracy and compliance (WPS GOSI EOSB etc.)

Maintain and update employee records in the HR system (BambooHR)

Support recruitment onboarding and offboarding processes

Draft contracts HR letters and handle visa and PRO coordination

Monitor leave and attendance track probation and performance review timelines

Ensure compliance with UAE and KSA labor law; stay up to date on regulatory changes

Assist in employee engagement and internal communication activities

Prepare HR reports and support audits when needed
