About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support various human resource functions, ensure smooth HR operations, and contribute to employee engagement and Emiratisation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including coordination of interviews and induction programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases regularly.
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and leave tracking.
- Coordinate with PRO / government relations team for visa and employment documentation.
- Support performance management and training coordination.
- Assist in HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong motivation are also encouraged to apply).
- Good understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Positive attitude, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
