Job description

Our client is a leading company based in Abu Dhabi committed to excellence and innovation in their industry. Due to the continuous growth and expansion they are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director (UAE National) to join their team.

As the HR Director you will play a pivotal role in driving the HR and administrative functions forward. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies policies and procedures to support the organizations objectives and foster positive work culture. Additionally you will oversee all administrative activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the companys overall goals and objectives.
Lead the recruitment and selection process including sourcing candidates conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Manage employee relations including performance management disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
Oversee compensation and benefits programs including salary structures incentives and employee welfare initiatives.
Lead the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Manage the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure accurate record-keeping and data management.
Oversee all administrative functions including facilities management office supplies procurement and travel arrangements.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe work environment.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR and administrative teams fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree or HR certification preferred.
Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws regulations and best practices.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve organizational goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in both English and Arabic are essential.
