Roles & Responsibilities
- Processing employment visa for group of companies’ employees.
- Process the Cancellation of permanent visa upon resigning of the employee.
- Issuance new and renewals of Establishment card, company electronic card, e channel.
- Handling HR petty cash and submission of Noqodi, credit card and HR PC to accounts.
- Coordinating with insurance company for addition and deletion of Health insurance card.
- Workman compensation addition, deletion and claim procedure.
- Assist in handling employee relations issues such as grievances and employee welfare.
- Transport arrangement for Medical, Tawjeeh and Emirates Id.
- Maintain the visa process website (MOHRE, ICP, DHA, GDRFA)
- Finance house Addition and issuance of duplicate card
- Coordinating with PR manager for all govt related task.
- Employees ticket booking for vacation and official tour.
- Maintaining personal file with high confidentiality.
- Assisting HR manager in payroll and other related task.
