As an HR Coordinator, you will support recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and HR administrative tasks, enhance the employee experience, and foster a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist with training and development programs.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks such as tracking attendance, updating policies, and managing HR software.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in coordinating performance appraisal processes and employee feedback initiatives.
  • Gather and analyze data to support HR reporting and improve processes.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role, preferably within the real estate or service industries.
