In this role, you will:
  • Employee Relations – Mediate complex issues and personalities, work closely with the line to enable investigations and hearings, and manage highly complex employee relations issues.
  • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations, identify and elevate high‑risk cases, and partner with the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to support managers and employees.
  • HR Partnering – Provide guidance when delivering HR products, align products to department requirements, advise managers on employee or organisational queries, and ensure fairness and consistency in line with local employment laws.
  • Project & HR Calendar Delivery – Act as a point‑of‑contact and support key HR projects or events, including annual pay reviews, profit share, and other calendar activities.
  • Managing Attendance – Offer coaching on attendance management, manage complex sickness absence, industrial injury, and occupational health referrals with line and HR Shared Services.
  • Organisation Changes – Support roll‑out of organisational and HR change initiatives with significant people implications, including design, job role review, and job evaluation.
  • Performance Culture – Drive performance through goal setting, development planning, individual reviews, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Culture and Engagement – Provide insights on engagement and departmental culture, participate in improvement projects.
  • Improvement Focus – Identify HR process gaps, propose efficiencies, develop feedback mechanisms, and lead or support change projects.
  • Source, Select and Develop – Involve in local and overseas recruitment, advise selection practices, coach managers, identify training and executive coaching needs, and input to HRBP for strategy.
  • Quality Delivery Focus – Build strong relationships and networks across HR teams to ensure seamless, quality‑led service.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related subject (HR, Business, Humanities).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with advisory experience.
  • Technologically savvy, customer‑oriented, and solutions‑focused.
  • Able to coach, mentor, build positive relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Able to remain impartial, use diplomacy, and resolve conflict while maintaining effective relationships.
  • Analytical, able to identify trends and offer solutions.
  • Able to travel within Dubai and internationally.
You’ll have an edge if you have:
  • Sound knowledge of Aviation, Airport operations or Travel management industry.
  • Professional accreditation (CIPD, AHRI or equivalent).
