Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner Manager to lead and align human resource initiatives with business objectives. The HRBP Manager will act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, driving people strategies that enhance performance, culture, and employee engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and change management.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on compensation, learning & development, and talent acquisition.
  • Leverage HR data and analytics to support business decisions and improve people performance.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, employee engagement, and high performance.
  • Lead HR projects related to restructuring, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Coach and mentor HRBPs or junior HR staff as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in organizational development, employee relations, and HR strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, practices, and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and drive change.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use HR metrics to inform decisions.
