Job Summary

Join Trane as a HR Business Partner, where you'll collaborate with leadership to develop impactful organizational strategies that drive innovation and growth. Empower teams by providing guidance on talent management, change leadership, and employee engagement, shaping a positive and high‑performing culture. Lead the delivery of forward‑thinking HR programs focused on workforce planning and operational excellence, supporting Trane’s continued success.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with key business leadership teams to develop and execute HR related business and organizational strategies.
  • Provide guidance to leadership on talent management/development and succession planning.
  • Drive change management projects to positively impact organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborates with other sector HR peers to share best practices, critical needs issues, and sector initiatives.
  • Builds and supports an employee engagement strategy that facilitates organizational performance and enables successful organizational change.
  • Coaches and advises on appropriate total rewards strategies, programs, and tools to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
  • Focuses on operational excellence through innovation, efficiency, process excellence, and accountability.
  • Partners with hiring managers in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of hourly employees; provides tools/resources to new employees on culture, company and groups.
  • Coordinate and launch key talent programs, including internships, early talent strategy, and learning & development initiatives.
  • Gathers, analyses, and interprets HR related data for report generation and management decision-making, and links HR action plans with business needs.
  • Lead or co‑lead strategic HR projects across MEA offices (e.g. process improvements, talent development, training deployment). Expected percentage of travel: 10‑15%
Qualifications
  • 5 – 7 years’ experience in Human Resources function.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must possess strong skills/experience in business partnering.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and delivery with proven, measurable results for managing change.
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics for use in developing goals and driving key business strategies and objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communications skills with all levels of the organization required.
  • Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures business compliance.
  • Preferred SPHR/PHR certificate.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
