You’ll act as a consultant to management, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of HR practices and policies.

What You’ll Do :

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
  • Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development and retention strategies to ensure a high‑performing workforce.
  • Performance Management: Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews and development plans.
  • Organizational Development: Support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance on restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the Middle East and Turkey.
  • HR Metrics: Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • HR Projects: Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws and regulations in the Middle East and Turkey.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations and organizational development.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • SHRM or CIPD certification is preferred.
