As we continue our steady expansion across the Middle East, we are seeking a dedicated HR professional to join our team in a pivotal role. Based in our strategic UAE hub, you will provide critical, on-the-ground support and bring the essential local expertise our team needs to thrive.
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will be a key connector for our regional operations, taking ownership of HR tasks for the Middle East to ensure we maintain our high level of service. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact, working closely with our teams in the UK and across the globe during a key period of growth.
We are looking for a natural organiser with an eagle eye for detail and a genuine desire to help others. Critically, you have a strong understanding of Middle East employment laws, with demonstrable experience in managing employee registrations and end-to-end work visa processing for both local and expatriate staff.
You are an exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, and you handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity and discretion. While experience in a regional HR role is highly desirable, we strongly encourage candidates with exceptional HR Operations skills and a firm grasp of local labour laws to apply. You thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and approach every task with a positive, problem-solving mindset.
