- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and growth plans.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent development.
b. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.
- Design and oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.
c. HR Policies & Compliance
- Establish, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in compliance with UAE labor laws and industry best practices.
- Ensure employee records and contracts are accurate, updated, and securely maintained.
d. Performance Management & Development
- Design and implement a performance management framework including KPIs, reviews, and development plans.
- Support departmental heads in identifying high-potential talent and succession planning.
e. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts professionally and fairly.
- Launch initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
f. Compensation & Benefits
- Benchmark, develop, and manage competitive compensation structures and employee benefits programs.
- Administer payroll input and coordinate with finance to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
g. Learning & Development
- Assess training needs and design learning initiatives to upskill employees, especially in cybersecurity and technical areas.
- Foster a learning culture that supports continuous improvement.
h. HR Operations & Reporting
- Oversee HR systems, documentation, and workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on workforce metrics, turnover, and engagement trends.
i. Culture & Values Stewardship
- Champion and uphold Malcrove's values and cybersecurity-focused culture.
- Facilitate internal communication and ensure alignment between teams and leadership.
j. Vendor & Outsourcing Oversight
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, outsourced HR services, and third-party training vendors when needed.
k. Project-Based Resource Deployment
- Coordinate with business and project teams to identify HR requirements for customer engagements.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding of outsourced and contract-based resources placed at client sites, ensuring compliance with both Malcrove and customer policies.
- Maintain visibility over deployed resources’ contractual terms, timesheets, performance, and client feedback.
- Serve as the liaison between deployed staff, internal teams, and customers to address HR-related matters and ensure smooth operations.
