HR Admin Assistant Job Location: Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees the human resources database.
- Ensures that system records are accurately recorded and cross-checked.
- Enters new hire information into the human resource system database.
- Maintains human resources files and records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Processes employment visa applications and verifications.
- Coordinates medical and Emirates ID appointments, hotel and air ticket bookings, and airport transportation for employees.
- Handles submission and collection of documents in RAKEZ office.
- Maintains effective working relations with company personnel and keeps management appropriately informed.
- Ensures compliance with company and HSE policies and procedures.
- Performs any other duties as required by the Managing Director, Admin Manager, and Production Head.
Job Details
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in administrative work preferred.
- Preferably female candidates on spouse visa.
