Job description

Charterhouse is working with a leading events company located in Dubai who are looking to hire a HR Advisor to join their HR Division. Within the post you will provide a full recruitment service to the Business Managers. You will act as a point of contact within the business, liaising regularly with the Management Team, keeping them up to date with manpower plans and requirements. You may also be required to update the company website with outstanding vacancies, source and initially screen candidates. In addition, you will be involved with the interview process throughout, taking ownership of the final stages such as rejections and offers.

Alongside the recruitment activity you will also support the HR Team and ensure that a quality service is provided to employees. This will include HRIS updates, undertaking individual projects and ad hoc HR requirements, managing referral schemes and being aware of visa checks and clearances.

The successful candidate should be CIPD qualified or equivalent and should have a proven track record of working within a HR capacity. Knowledge of UAE labour laws and visa processes would be highly advantageous and experience of working with HRIS is imperative. You should be able to work within a team as well as on your own initiative and will be able to multitask with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
