Job summary

A leading recruitment consultancy in Dubai is seeking an HR & Administration Officer. The role requires fluency in Arabic and very good English, along with a degree in HR management or banking. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within banking. This position offers opportunities to assist in aligning staff with the strategic goals of the bank and developing compensation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years HR experience ideally in Banking or Financial Services.
  • Broad knowledge of employment, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Experience in developing and implementing training initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Establish daily HR procedures in alignment with policies.
  • Review and enhance HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare staff contracts and manage employee visa issues.
  • Assist in developing compensation strategies.

Local UAE market knowledge
