Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee payroll, leave, and attendance systems. Drive performance management and training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain HR documentation.
Administration:
  • Supervise daily office operations and admin team.
  • Manage facilities, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure all statutory licenses and legal compliances are up to date.
  • Coordinate travel, events, and internal communications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
