Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 20 years of HR experience (5 in construction/contracting, 5 years in managerial position).
• Strong HR systems knowledge (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws.
• Strong English skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle relocation, visas, and employee welfare.
• Lead HR strategic planning and performance appraisals.
• Oversee training and employee development programs.
• Ensure legal compliance of HR policies.
• Manage IT and ERP systems.

Job description

Recruitment & Onboarding: Full-cycle hiring and smooth onboarding processes.
Employee Welfare & Mobilization: Handling relocation, visas, welfare programs, and workplace culture.

Strategic HR Planning: Workforce planning, succession planning, Emiratization, and performance appraisals.

Training & Development: Identifying and delivering employee training programs.

HR Policies: Managing and updating HR policies and ensuring legal compliance.

Team Management: Leading HR, Admin, IT, & ERP teams.

Administration: Office logistics, travel arrangements, licenses, site office management.

IT & ERP Oversight: Ensuring smooth IT operations, software licensing, ERP system functionality.

Medical Insurance: Overseeing renewals and reimbursements.

Requirements
