Employee Welfare & Mobilization: Handling relocation, visas, welfare programs, and workplace culture.
Strategic HR Planning: Workforce planning, succession planning, Emiratization, and performance appraisals.
Training & Development: Identifying and delivering employee training programs.
HR Policies: Managing and updating HR policies and ensuring legal compliance.
Team Management: Leading HR, Admin, IT, & ERP teams.
Administration: Office logistics, travel arrangements, licenses, site office management.
IT & ERP Oversight: Ensuring smooth IT operations, software licensing, ERP system functionality.
Medical Insurance: Overseeing renewals and reimbursements.
