Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Ajman is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to ensure quality across guest rooms, public areas, and facilities after cleaning.

You will run room status checks, coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry, and help with daily activities and safety compliance.

Previous supervisory experience and a high school diploma preferred; full-time, on-site position with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
• Coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
