We are looking for an experienced and capable Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a five star hotel, managing the housekeeping staff and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for staffing, training, scheduling and evaluating all housekeeping staff. This includes recruiting new personnel, conducting interviews, managing payroll and approving leave requests. They must also ensure that all cleaning processes are up to standard. The ideal candidate should be able to develop a budget and monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies.

The Housekeeping Manager must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests as well as other departments within the hotel. Problem solving skills are essential as is a good understanding of health and safety regulations.
