Job summary

Work corp is seeking a Housekeeping Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead the housekeeping team, ensure maintenance of all areas and create a welcoming environment for guests.

The candidate should have at least one year of experience in a similar role, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of English is essential for this position.

The Housekeeping Manager's duties include but are not limited to:

• overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping staff
• ensuring that all areas of the property are properly maintained
• maintaining accurate records of staff hours, supplies used, guest service complaints
• conducting regular inspections of all common areas
• making sure that all safety procedures are followed
• developing schedules for housekeeping staff
• training new personnel as needed
• creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests

The successful candidate should have at least one year of experience working in a similar position, preferably in Abu Dhabi. He/she should also have strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills and be able to multi-task efficiently. Proficient computer skills as well as knowledge of relevant software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite is also required. Knowledge of English language is essential.
