Job summary

Client of 2COMs invites applications for Housekeeping Associates Fresher roles in Abu Dhabi. The position involves cleaning guest rooms, corridors and public areas to hotel standards, making beds, replenishing amenities, and supporting laundry services.

Training will be provided to suitable candidates. We are seeking candidates with a positive attitude, attention to detail and a willingness to work flexible shifts in a guest-focused environment within a hotel team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a Diploma/Bachelor's in Hotel Management/Hospitality. No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms corridors and public areas according to hotel standards
• Make beds change linens and replenish amenities as required
• Handle laundry and linen services efficiently
• Ensure hygiene sanitation and safety standards are maintained
• Report any maintenance issues or lost & found items to supervisors
• Assist in setting up rooms for guest arrivals and special requests
• Follow hotel policies grooming standards and safety protocols
• Provide courteous and prompt assistance to guests when required
