Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Dubai is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas for InterContinental Dubai Marina Hotel & Residences. You will clean, restock amenities, and respond to guest requests with a courteous, professional approach.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in a 5-star hotel housekeeping role, strong attention to detail, and excellent service skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally you should have at least 1 year experience working in a 5 star hotel industry in a Housekeeping environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture.
• Replenishing room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and beverages.
• Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or missing items in guest rooms to the supervisor.
• Cleaning and maintaining public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and elevators.
• Responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing friendly and professional service.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Assisting with special cleaning projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
