Responsibilities

• Clean, service, and replenish guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas.
• Deliver excellent guest service in accordance with Forbes Five-Star and Waldorf Astoria brand standards.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items.
• Support the timely release of guest rooms in coordination with supervisors.
• Manage daily release and handling of guest laundry items.
• Coordinate special guest requests such as floral arrangements or special linen embroidery.
• Provide support for Laundry Attendant duties as needed.
