Millennium Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant in Abu Dhabi to ensure pristine guest rooms and public areas. You will follow Supervisors' guidance and hotel procedures while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and guest comfort.

Responsibilities include preparing equipment, replenishing supplies, coordinating with Valet for laundry services, and reporting maintenance needs. The role emphasizes safety, environmental practices, and guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel

• Maintain and clean guest rooms, replenish supplies
• Clean and replenish bathrooms following standards
• Arrange and tidy guest belongings during cleaning
• Coordinate with Valet Service for guest clothes laundry/dry cleaning
• Clean guest corridors, service pantries and areas maintaining professionalism
• Report maintenance issues to Engineering for upkeep
• Consider guest needs to ensure courtesy and satisfaction
• Uphold EH&S standards and hotel policies

Job Description:

As a Housekeeping Attendant, your primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, following the guidance of Supervisors and adhering to hotel policies and procedures.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Collect keys and daily assignments, preparing the trolley and necessary equipment for efficient task performance and to prevent delays.
• Maintain and clean guest rooms, replenishing room supplies according to the hotels Standards of Performance.
• Clean and replenish bathrooms, ensuring adherence to Standards of Performance and safety standards.
• Arrange and tidy guest belongings while cleaning rooms and bathrooms.
• Inform Valet Service to collect guest clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Clean guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas, maintaining a professional and organized appearance.
• Report maintenance-related issues to the Engineering Department for general upkeep and facility maintenance.
• Consider guest needs and requirements when working in public areas and guest rooms, ensuring courtesy and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
