Job summary

NextWave Publications in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant for a luxury hotel. You will maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest cleanliness standards.

You will perform bed making, linen changes, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking supplies while adhering to health and safety guidelines and supporting guest satisfaction. The role requires teamwork and the ability to follow detailed procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cleaner or housekeeping assistant preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English preferred.
• Physically able to bend, lift and push heavy equipment or furniture.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming and replenishing supplies.
• Clean and maintain public areas such as lobby hallways elevators and restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to furniture or fixtures.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and disinfecting high-touch areas.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.

Location Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at a luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi As a Housekeeping Assistant you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas of the hotel

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cleaner or housekeeping assistant preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
• Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as bending lifting and pushing heavy equipment or furniture
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies used in housekeeping
• Fluency in English is preferred

Salary 1100$ per month. This is a full-time position with working hours based on the hotels needs.
