As a House Butler, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of a prestigious residence while providing exceptional service to our valued clients. Your commitment to excellence will ensure that every aspect of household management runs flawlessly.


Responsibilities


  • Ensure the meticulous upkeep and presentation of the household.

  • Coordinate daily household schedules and manage staff duties efficiently.

  • Provide high-level personal assistance including packing / unpacking, wardrobe management, and personal shopping.

  • Facilitate guest services, including reception, dining, and event hosting.

  • Manage vendor interactions and coordinate maintenance and repairs.

  • Fulfill errands and administrative tasks as required.

  • Prepare and serve meals, ensuring an elegant dining experience.

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the highest standards of discretion.

  • Stay informed about seasonal requirements and special plans regarding the household.


Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role preferably within a luxury environment.

  • Understanding of formal etiquette and high-end service standards.

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Discretion and loyalty towards clients are must.

  • Comfort with international travel and various time zones.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
