Job summary

Aloft Abu Dhabi is seeking Utility Cleaners to support hotel cleaning across departments such as kitchen, F&B, and laundry. You will operate and maintain cleaning equipment, transport dishware and linens, and help deliver a safe, clean environment for guests.

Typical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing or walking for long periods, and reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions to the supervisor. No prior experience required, training provided.

Qualifications

• No high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Support cleaning needs across departments (e.g., kitchen, F&B, laundry).
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools used for the job.
• Transport dishware or linens between areas as required.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain quality standards.
