Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development and strengthen the resort’s relationships across the government and corporate sectors. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the government and corporate sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on long-term partnerships.
  • Represent the resort at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Ensure all client interactions reflect the resort’s 5-star luxury brand standards.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the UAE hospitality or luxury resort sector.
  • Strong existing network and relationships with government entities and corporate clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Fujairah.
