This is a full time, remote and permanent role as per the US Central timezone. We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented Hotel Revenue Manager to oversee revenue optimization and pricing strategy across our hotel portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Opera PMS, Apollo, and advanced revenue management techniques to maximize profitability and occupancy while maintaining brand positioning and competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute dynamic pricing, distribution, and inventory management strategies to maximize RevPAR and GOP.
- Analyze market trends, booking patterns, and competitor performance to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare detailed forecasting and performance reports using data from PMS, channel managers, and OTAs.
- Manage and optimize distribution channels (OTAs, brand websites, GDS) to ensure rate parity and maximize online visibility.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align pricing with promotions and business goals.
- Implement yield management tactics and revenue optimization strategies based on market demand and historical performance.
- Monitor and adjust rate strategies in real time across all online platforms.
- Drive performance through KPI tracking including ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, and GOPPAR.
- Present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in hotel revenue management (multi-property experience preferred).
- Strong command over Opera PMS and Apollo systems.
- Advanced skills in Excel, BI tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Deep understanding of distribution channels, rate parity, and OTA management.
- Knowledge of forecasting models, market segmentation, and yield management principles.

Preferred Qualifications
