Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repairing interlock road and main road.
• Daily waste collection and maintenance.
• Carrying out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Minor plumbing repairs.
• Assistance in energy conservation program.
• Documenting all work performed.

Skills

Ability to Read and follow blueprints/schematics

Ability to assemble, install, test and troubleshoot HVAC equipment

Good understanding of HVAC Code (local and ASHRAE)

Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC Tools and Instrumentation

Knowledge of Lock/Tag Out Protocol and HVAC safety procedures

Understanding of maintenance inventory and requisition parts

Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers

Education

Technical Trade or Vocational Certificate/Diploma
