The Role

This exciting Hotel Manager position will be responsible for managing the Hotel Management team, hotel targets to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience while managing profitability and meeting our Owners expectations.

What will you be doing?
  • Manage and lead the hotel operation, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments and compliance with Hilton Brand Service Standards.
  • Champion Hilton culture and values, providing exceptional leadership, maintaining strong visibility, and fostering a highly motivated, inclusive environment through active engagement with Team Members and guests.
  • Develop and mentor the leadership team, ensuring career progression and effective succession planning within Hilton.
  • Oversee large‑scale F&B operations, including branded and franchise concepts, driving operational excellence and innovation.
  • Manage ongoing profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue, guest satisfaction and Team Member engagement goals are met and exceeded.
  • Lead strategic planning, including achievable budgets, short‑ and long‑term goals, and all aspects of business planning.
  • Ensure all decisions are made in the best interests of the hotel and Hilton.
  • Drive property initiatives, including capital projects, refurbishments, and customer service enhancements, ensuring decisions align with Hilton and Owner interests.
  • Hold regular briefings and communication meetings with the HOD team.
  • Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved.
What are we looking for?
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills with a strong focus on Owner relations, Commercial and Operations, guest experience and Team Member engagement. Enthusiastic and passionate, you will have current experience as a Director of Operations or Hotel Manager within a similar quality hotel.
  • An experienced Director of Operations or Hotel Manager in a similar large‑scale property, who has successfully completed Hilton’s Shine GM program.
  • Proven success in managing complex F&B operations, including branded and franchise concepts, with exceptional expertise in delivering operational excellence and innovation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder and Owner relations, with the ability to build strong networks and partnerships with owners, contractors, corporates, and tour operators – must be highly visible.
  • Deliver innovative commercial opportunities with experience in increasing profitability.
  • Exceptional people leadership and retention of talent with the ability to unite large, multicultural teams under Hilton’s culture and values, ensuring talent retention and development.
  • Ability to show resilience, judgement and leadership.
  • Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar sized property.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and manage capital expenditure initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution aligned with brand standards.
  • Proven experience operating in diverse markets, ideally within the GCC region, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and regional business dynamics.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the hospitality and leisure sector, with a strong understanding of resort dynamics.
  • Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
