Job summary

A leading hotel management company in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for all maintenance issues within the hotel. The role includes leading a team, ensuring safety, and overseeing renovation projects. Candidates should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience, preferably in 5-star properties. This is a full-time position located at the DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of resort/hotels/facilities management experience, preferably in 5-star properties.
• Familiarity with Hilton brand standards for Engineering operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance issues within the hotel.
• Coordinate renovation bidding and oversee contractors.
• Lead the mechanical and plumbing team of 9 members.
