Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking passionate and dynamic Housekeeping professionals to join their team. Successful candidates will manage housekeeping operations, ensure high levels of customer service, and maintain office organization. A diploma in hospitality and strong communication skills in English are essential. Experience with Opera hotel management system is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Good command of written and verbal English communication skills is essential.
  • Computer literacy is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the Housekeeping Office.
  • Ensure all keys and papers are safely kept and recorded.
  • Handle Lost & Found items appropriately.
