Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification in electrical work preferred.
• Valid electrician’s license or certification as required by local regulations.
• Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair, preferably in hospitality or commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of hotel electrical systems, including lighting, HVAC controls, fire alarms, and security systems.
• Familiarity with local electrical codes, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills specific to hotel operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends, to minimize guest disruption.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with other hotel departments.
• Physical ability to handle tools, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces as needed.
