Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in the Hospitality / Service Industry.
- Able to read and speak Arabic / Russian.
- Computer knowledge, well versed with Windows, Internet Explorer, and Word.
Responsibilities
- Complete tasks on the Officer Shift Checklist.
- Report equipment defects to relevant vendors.
- Attend to complaints and enquiries.
- Monitor status of jobs in Guest Request Management system.
