Job summary

Radisson Blu Resort Fiji Denarau Island seeks a Chef de Partie - Hot Kitchen to join its vibrant culinary team. You will bring strong technical expertise and international culinary experience to deliver consistent quality across breakfast, lunch, dinner and high-volume service.

You will train and support Commis Chefs, maintain HACCP standards, and ensure mise en place, stock rotation and cost awareness are diligently followed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a comparable culinary role within a high-volume hotel or resort.
• Experience across hot-line, à la carte, buffet and banquet services in international settings.
• Specialist knowledge of hot-kitchen techniques, temperature control, finishing and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate the hot-line section across breakfast, lunch, dinner, buffet and high-volume function service.
• Maintain mise en place, quality, temperature and presentation according to recipes and standards.
• Guide and support Commis Chefs and wider kitchen team to share knowledge and ensure consistent high standards.
