Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Russian-speaking Hostess to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive first impression for our guests.

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service
  • Respond to guest inquiries and special requests promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Assist in promoting special offers and events to guests
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with tact and professionalism
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of customer service
  • Adapt to changing situations and handle high-volume periods with ease
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices

Additional Information
